Applicants review Themes and Topics and Assessment Guide

Applicants submit their proposal online

Submission deadline (Friday 19ᵗʰ September 2025, 3pm)

Anonymised proposals sent to reviewers

Reviewers assess proposals using the Assessment Guide

Lead reviewers of each theme make a recommendation to the NDA

The NDA determine which proposals will be funded

Applicants receive a letter stating whether their proposal was successful

Detailed feedback is provided to applicants upon request
